Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities
• Introduce services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings
• Recruit, evaluate, and place technology professionals in full-time positions
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
• Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
• Participate in industry trade associations to increase company presence

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT-related field and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience
• Computer science or information systems-related degree preferred
