Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers
- Own the operating model for recruiting, including capacity planning and hiring forecasts
- Use data to track metrics and guide hiring strategies
- Partner with hiring managers and executives to anticipate hiring needs
- Improve recruiting processes and increase hiring quality
Requirements
- 7+ years of recruiting experience
- 3+ years managing high-performing recruiting teams
- Experience in high-growth environments
- Strong operational and detail-oriented skills
