Responsibilities

• Identify and engage IT professionals and clients to fulfill staffing needs
• Analyze staffing trends and hiring demands to develop business strategies
• Drive revenue by negotiating contracts and securing staffing agreements
• Collaborate with recruiters to align business development with talent acquisition
• Establish and maintain relationships with IT clients and candidates
• Maintain knowledge of industry-specific products and recruitment strategies
• Develop creative strategies to recruit candidates
• Collect and analyze data to enhance hiring processes
• Coordinate with team leaders to assess new hiring needs

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in IT, Business, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of agency recruiting experience or 1 year of IT industry experience
• Strong knowledge of the tech industry
• Proven experience in cold calling and follow-ups
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
