Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders across the Data organization to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies.
• Initiate creative and scalable changes to existing recruiting processes.
• Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to Data leadership regularly.
• Create strategic plans to attract and engage talent across different geographies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience building high performing teams and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• Ability to attract passive senior candidates and build diverse pipelines across different hiring locations
