Responsibilities

• Negotiate and develop business with new and existing clients
• Recruit, interview, and match highly qualified IT professionals with client projects
• Manage ongoing engagements to provide exceptional customer service
• Communicate and provide professional guidance to candidates
• Participate in local trade associations and networking events

Requirements

• Degree in Information Systems or related field preferred
• More than 1 year of experience in the IT field preferred
• Over 2 years of experience in business development in a quantifiable environment
• Experience developing new business with multiple decision-makers
