Responsibilities

• Assist with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies
• Act as Kelly brand ambassador through relationship development with clients and community organizations
• Attend scheduled job fairs and recruiting events

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting, staffing, talent management, human resources, or equivalent experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
