About this role
As a Recruitment Consultant (or higher, depending on experience) on our Commercial Real Estate team, you'll combine sales, relationship management, and market expertise to deliver exceptional results. Key responsibilities include:
Business Development: Build and nurture client relationships, pitch recruitment solutions, and secure new opportunities.
Candidate Engagement: Source, interview, and advise top talent in the CRE sector.
Consultative Approach: Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and career advice to clients and candidates.
Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage processes from initial brief to offer stage and beyond.
