Responsibilities

• Own and steer key Tech Recruiting workstream objectives and key result areas.
• Lead change management initiatives within the Tech Recruiting teams.
• Provide comprehensive enablement to Tech Recruiting leaders.
• Identify and implement operational improvements across Tech Recruiting.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives by fostering communication and coordination.
• Contribute to additional business-critical recruiting initiatives as required.

Requirements

• 6+ years of proven expertise in program, change, and project management within a dynamic, global, high-growth environment.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance daily operations.
• Functional experience in recruiting, with a minimum of 3 years in the field.
