Responsibilities

• Hunt for top-tier passive talent using advanced sourcing techniques
• Engage candidates in both French and English
• Conduct initial exploratory calls to assess candidate fit
• Manage the interview lifecycle and coordinate logistics
• Ensure compliance with background checks and data management

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English
• 2 to 4 years of commercial experience in sourcing or recruiting
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting or agency-side sourcing is a plus
