Regional Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined territory of healthcare facility clients
• Build and maintain consultative relationships with healthcare facility contacts
• Provide proactive staffing solutions to address workforce gaps
• Manage open job orders and maintain communication with clients
• Research and monitor facility expansions and market changes to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 4–7 years of relevant experience in account management, staffing, recruiting, or client-facing roles
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using CRM systems, ATS, or vendor management systems (VMS)

Benefits

• Hourly pay rate of $23.00 - $28.50, dependent on experience
• Potential for additional compensation such as bonus or commission

Additional Information

Team members are expected to come into an AMN Healthcare office at a frequency dependent on the work arrangement for the role.
