Responsibilities
- Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates
- Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy
- Consult with hiring managers in final selections and recruitment processes
- Maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met
- Update and maintain reports related to the recruiting process
